Registration of machine errors
If you experience a fault in a machine and want to register a work task, go to the tree structure and find the machine. Here you have an overview of the errors that have already been registered on the machine and can create a new error with a few clicks. The error then becomes visible during tasks and activities where you control the work tasks.

Activities and mistakes are the area where you see the work tasks you need to work on today. There are many sorting options here. For example. which machines are to be made in a given date range or which machines have received an error. You can sort by machine types, physical locations, etc. Finally, you can print a job card.
All error descriptions are logged to collect statistics and knowledge pieces. Several of our customers say that this particular function of registering error history is very time-saving. Being able to search across bug types and machines and see how problems have been solved in the past can save a lot of time in troubleshooting.
