Frodo World 소개
Frodo Adventure world.
Backpacking is the outdoor recreation of carrying gear on one's back while hiking for more than a day. It is often an extended journey and may involve camping outdoors.
Backpacking as a method of travel is a different activity, which mainly uses public transport during a journey that can last months.
Endurance running, is a form of continuous running over distances of at least 3 km. Physiologically, it is largely aerobic in nature and requires stamina as well as mental strength.
Within endurance running comes two different types of respiration. The more prominent side that runners experience more frequently is aerobic respiration.
Climbing is the activity of using one's hands, feet, or other parts of the body to ascend a steep topographical object that can range from the world's tallest mountains to small boulders. Climbing is done for locomotion, sporting recreation, for competition, and is also done in trades that rely on ascension, such as rescue and military operations. Climbing is done indoors and outdoors, on natural surfaces (e.g. rock climbing and ice climbing), and on artificial surfaces (e.g. climbing walls).
